Colonel Buster Doss is a living legend in the entertainment industry. In the mid 1940s, he was a successful Hollywood movie star as the cowboy "Bronco Buck Cody." In the late 1940s, he was at the famous "Louisiana Hayride" with Hank Williams, Sr. During the 1960s, he owned and operated a traveling three ring circus. In the 1970s, he promoted "Grand Ole Opry Road Shows" throughout the United States. For over twenty years, he owned and operated country music theaters in Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas. Well known singers such as Tracy Lawrence, Curb Records' James T. Horn, and Rounder Records' Ronda Vincent got their start at his theaters. Doss will be awarding an international radio release to some talented singer.

Joey Welz made musical history as the keyboard player for "Bill Haley and the Comets." Their hit record, "Rock Around The Clock," is credited with starting the rock and roll craze, which swept the nation in the 1950s. Joey has agreed to both perform during the festival and to lead a seminar. His seminar will discuss how to successfully license your music to overseas distributors.
